octeontx2-af: kpu: Default profile updates
Add support for parsing the following:
1. fabric path header
2. tpids 0x88a8, 0x9100 and 0x9200 parsing for
first pass and second pass packets
3. parse stacked VLANs
4. RoCEv2 header with UDP destination port 4791
5. single SBTAG parsing
