wifi: rtw89: 8922a: configure FW version for SCAN_OFFLOAD_EXTRA_OP feature
8922a supports SCAN_OFFLOAD_EXTRA_OP feature. Enable it, FW can do
back-op and TX NULL frames on the second connection.
