gfs2: add a setlease file operation
gfs2_file_fops_nolock() already has this explicitly set, so it's only
necessary to set this in gfs2_dir_fops_nolock(). A future patch
will change the default behavior to reject lease attempts with -EINVAL
when there is no setlease file operation defined.
