sparc: add _mcount() prototype
sparc64 defconfig told me
WARNING: modpost: EXPORT symbol "_mcount" [vmlinux] version generation failed, symbol will not be versioned.
Is "_mcount" prototyped in <asm/asm-prototypes.h>?
so I added it.
