ALSA: hda/realtek: change quirk for HP OmniBook 7 Laptop 16-bh0xxx
HP OmniBook 7 Laptop 16-bh0xxx has the same PCI subsystem ID 0x103c8e60,
and the ALC245 on it needs this quirk to control the mute LED.
