ARM: omap2: dead code cleanup in kconfig for ARCH_OMAP4
The same kconfig 'select OMAP_INTERCONNECT' appears twice for ARCH_OMAP4.
I propose removing the second instance, as it is effectively dead code.
This dead code was found by kconfirm, a static analysis tool for Kconfig.
