ARM: tegra: defconfig: Drop redundant ARCH_TEGRA_foo_SOC
All CONFIG_ARCH_TEGRA_2x_SOC-like symbols are now default for
ARCH_TEGRA, so drop redundant lines from defconfigs. Tested with
comparing include/generated/autoconf.h.
