ext4: replace KUnit tests for memcmp() with KUNIT_ASSERT_MEMEQ()
Replace KUnit tests for memcmp() with KUNIT_ASSERT_MEMEQ() to improve
debugging that prints the hex dump of the buffers when the assertion fails,
whereas memcmp() only returns an integer difference.
