- Add a trailing comma for initializers unless the closing brace is on
the same line and for the list terminator;
- Use a single space in the list terminator;
- A space after an opening { and before a closing };
- Use the PCI_DEVICE* macro in two drivers for pci_device_id entry
which is usual for these arrays
- No explicit zeros in the list terminator;
None of these changes introduces changes to the compiled result.

irq_domain_add_linear() is going away as being obsolete now. Switch to
the preferred irq_domain_create_linear(). That differs in the first
parameter: It takes more generic struct fwnode_handle instead of struct
device_node. Therefore, of_fwnode_handle() is added around the
parameter.
Note some of the users can likely use dev->fwnode directly instead of
indirect of_fwnode_handle(dev->of_node). But dev->fwnode is not
guaranteed to be set for all, so this has to be investigated on case to
case basis (by people who can actually test with the HW).

dev_of_node() returns the device's OF node without taking a new
reference. rp1_probe() stores that borrowed pointer in rp1_node, but
drops it with of_node_put() on both success and failure paths.
Dropping a reference that was never acquired can underflow the node's
refcount and leave later users with a stale OF node. Remove the
of_node_put() calls and keep rp1_node as a borrowed pointer.

rp1_probe() installs a chained handler for each parent MSI-X vector and
stores the rp1 device pointer as handler data. rp1_unregister_interrupts()
then disposes the child IRQ mappings, removes the IRQ domain, and frees
the PCI IRQ vectors without first removing those chained handlers.
If a teardown path runs after the handlers have been installed, a later
parent IRQ can still call rp1_chained_handle_irq() with stale handler
data and a removed IRQ domain. Clear the chained handlers before
disposing mappings and freeing the vectors.

After a kexec/kdump reboot, the macb Ethernet controller fails to
receive any packets, causing DHCP to hang indefinitely and the network
interface to be unusable despite link being up.
The root cause is that RP1's level-triggered MSI-X interrupt sources
(such as macb on hwirq 6) may have their internal state machines stuck
in the "waiting for IACK" state. This happens because the previous
kernel crashed before sending the acknowledgment for a pending level
interrupt.
In this stuck state, RP1 will not generate new MSI-X writes even though
the interrupt source remains asserted. Since no new MSI-X is sent, the
GIC never sees a new edge, the chained IRQ handler is never invoked,
and the interrupt is permanently lost.
Fix this by sending MSIX_CFG_IACK in rp1_irq_activate(). This
unconditionally resets the MSI-X state machine back to idle when a
child device requests its interrupt. If the interrupt source is still
asserted, RP1 will immediately issue a new MSI-X with the freshly
configured msg_addr/msg_data, and normal interrupt delivery resumes.
Writing IACK when the state machine is already idle (i.e., on a normal
cold boot) is harmless — it has no effect.

The RP1 driver can load an overlay at runtime to describe the inner
peripherals. This has led to a lot of confusion regarding the naming
of nodes, their topology and the reclaiming of related node resources.
Since the overlay is currently not fully functional, drop its support
in the driver in favor of the fully described static DT.
This also means that this driver does not depend on CONFIG_PCI_DYNAMIC_OF_NODES
and no longer requires PCI quirks to dynamically create the intermediate
PCI nodes.

When DT is used to get the reference of 'rp1_node', it should be released
when not needed anymore, otherwise it is leaking.
In such a case, add the missing of_node_put() call at the end of the probe,
as already done in the error handling path.

The RaspberryPi RP1 is a PCI multi function device containing
peripherals ranging from Ethernet to USB controller, I2C, SPI
and others.
Implement a bare minimum driver to operate the RP1, leveraging
actual OF based driver implementations for the on-board peripherals
by loading a devicetree overlay during driver probe if the RP1
node is not already present in the DT.
The peripherals are accessed by mapping MMIO registers starting
from PCI BAR1 region.
With the overlay approach we can achieve more generic and agnostic
approach to managing this chipset, being that it is a PCI endpoint
and could possibly be reused in other hw implementations. The
presented approach is also used by Bootlin's Microchip LAN966x
patchset (see link) as well, for a similar chipset.
In this case, the inclusion tree for the DT overlay is as follow
(the arrow points to the includer):
rp1-pci.dtso <---- rp1-common.dtsi
On the other hand, to ensure compatibility with downstream, this
driver can also work with a DT already comprising the RP1 node, so
the dynamically loaded overlay will not be used if the DT is already
fully defined.
The reason why this driver is contained in drivers/misc has
been paved by Bootlin's LAN966X driver, which first used the
overlay approach to implement non discoverable peripherals behind a
PCI bus. For RP1, the same arguments apply: it's not used as an SoC
since the driver code is not running on-chip and is not like an MFD
since it does not really need all the MFD infrastructure (shared regs,
etc.). So, for this particular use, misc has been proposed and deemed
as a good choice. For further details about that please check the links.
This driver is heavily based on downstream code from RaspberryPi
Foundation, and the original author is Phil Elwell.
