selftests/nolibc: validate NOLIBC_IGNORE_ERRNO compilation
When NOLIBC_IGNORE_ERRNO is set, various bits of nolibc are disabled.
Make sure that all the ifdeffery does not result in any compilation
errors by compiling a dummy source file.
