Bluetooth: btintel: Add DSBR support for ScP2 onwards
Add DSBR support for Scorpious Peak2 cores onwards.
Refer commit eb9e749c0182 ("Bluetooth: btintel: Allow configuring drive
strength of BRI") for details about DSBR.
