ARM: dts: imx53-ppd: add '#phy-cells' for usb-nop-xceiv
Add '#phy-cells' for usb-nop-xceiv to fix below check_dtbs warnings:
usbphy-2 (usb-nop-xceiv): '#phy-cells' is a required property
