arm64: dts: rockchip: Enable GPU for Khadas Edge 2L
Enable the Mali GPU node on the Khadas Edge 2L board. Assign the
corresponding regulator to the mali-supply property to ensure
proper power management and dynamic voltage scaling (DVFS).
