KVM: arm64: Move kvm_s2_fault.{pfn,page} to kvm_s2_vma_info
Continue restricting the visibility/mutability of some attributes
by moving kvm_s2_fault.{pfn,page} to kvm_s2_vma_info.
This is a pretty mechanical change.
