	checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of nativeCheckInputs.

	After making `ffmpeg` point to the latest `ffmpeg_4`, all packages that used `ffmpeg` without requiring a specific version now use ffmpeg_3 explicitly so they shouldn't change.
