checkInputs used to be added to nativeBuildInputs. Now we have
nativeCheckInputs to do that instead. Doing this treewide change allows
to keep hashes identical to before the introduction of
nativeCheckInputs.

The unit tests are broken on staging by the new unittest hook, because
this project did not run its tests using `unittest` from project root.
For now, I've submitted a patch upstream and pulled it in here so that
the build is unblocked.

meta = with stdenv.lib;
is a widely used pattern. We want to slowly remove
the `stdenv.lib` indirection and encourage people
to use `lib` directly. Thus let’s start with the meta
field.
This used a rewriting script to mostly automatically
replace all occurances of this pattern, and add the
`lib` argument to the package header if it doesn’t
exist yet.

The `buildPython*` function computes name from `pname` and `version`.
This change removes `name` attribute from all expressions in
`pkgs/development/python-modules`.
While at it, some other minor changes were made as well, such as
replacing `fetchurl` calls with `fetchPypi`.

Easier maintenance when expressions are in separate files.
