There might be some malicious VFs that by sending an invalid VF2PF
relay messages will flood PF's dmesg with our diagnostics messages.
Rate limit all relay messages, unless running in DEBUG_SRIOV mode.

ASPM:

This is a risky change that may uncover hardware or configuration
defects at boot-time rather than when users enable ASPM via sysfs
later. Booting with "pcie_aspm=off" prevents this enabling

Power management:
- If a device has already been disconnected, e.g., by a hotplug
removal, don't bother trying to resume it to D0 when detaching the
driver.

'max_link_width', 'current_link_speed', 'current_link_width',

Since now we have tile-based SR-IOV printk macros, there is no
need to manually prepare the LMTT specific warning message (that
is now upgraded to proper error level message) nor to use generic
debug message without tile/LMTT identification.

We already have device and GT level SR-IOV specific macros, but
unlike native case, we don't have yet tile-based ones.
Add macros to match native use case and also update GT-based
macros to rely on those new tile-based SR-IOV macros. This will
slightly rearrange the output of the GT logs and instead:
[...] Tile0: GT0: PF: pushed VF1 config with 2 KLVs...
we might see:
[...] PF: Tile0: GT0: pushed VF1 config with 2 KLVs...
but that's even better.

While the late PF per-GT initialization is done quite late in the
single GT initialization flow, in case of multi-GT platforms, it
may still be done before other GT early initialization. That leads
to some issues during unwind, when there are cross-GT dependencies,
like resource cleanup that is shared by both GTs, but the other GT
may already be sanitized or disabled.

SR-IOV initialization function to allow proper order of the cleanup

Code was wrongly passing sizeof(uval) as the number base to use,
and unlike other debugfs entries that represent bool data, it
wasn't using the dedicated function to parse user input as bool.

When vfio_unpin_pages_remote() is called with a range of addresses that
includes large folios, the function currently performs individual
put_pfn() operations for each page. This can lead to significant
performance overheads, especially when dealing with large ranges of pages.
It would be very rare for reserved PFNs and non reserved will to be mixed
within the same range. So this patch utilizes the has_rsvd variable
introduced in the previous patch to determine whether batch put_pfn()
operations can be performed. Moreover, compared to put_pfn(),
unpin_user_page_range_dirty_lock() is capable of handling large folio
scenarios more efficiently.
The performance test results for completing the 16G VFIO IOMMU DMA
unmapping are as follows.
Base(v6.16):

For large folio, we achieve an over 67% performance improvement in
the VFIO UNMAP DMA item. For small folios, the performance test
results appear to show a slight improvement.

Introduce a new member has_rsvd for struct vfio_dma. This member is
used to indicate whether there are any reserved or invalid pfns in
the region represented by this vfio_dma. If it is true, it indicates
that there is at least one pfn in this region that is either reserved
or invalid.

The function vpfn_pages() can help us determine the number of vpfn
nodes on the vpfn rb tree within a specified range. This allows us
to avoid searching for each vpfn individually in the function
vfio_unpin_pages_remote(). This patch batches the vfio_find_vpfn()
calls in function vfio_unpin_pages_remote().

When vfio_pin_pages_remote() is called with a range of addresses that
includes large folios, the function currently performs individual
statistics counting operations for each page. This can lead to significant
performance overheads, especially when dealing with large ranges of pages.
Batch processing of statistical counting operations can effectively enhance
performance.
In addition, the pages obtained through longterm GUP are neither invalid
nor reserved. Therefore, we can reduce the overhead associated with some
calls to function is_invalid_reserved_pfn().
The performance test results for completing the 16G VFIO IOMMU DMA mapping
are as follows.
Base(v6.16):

VFIO MAP DMA in 0.049 s (328.5 GB/s)

For pure SR-IOV debugging there is no need to select already
separated config for the debugging of the memory based interrupts,
as the latter is also very noisy on its own. Change config order
and use a weak reverse dependency instead.

Bitwise operations with WMI_KEY_PAIRWISE (defined as 0) are ineffective
and misleading. This results in pairwise key validations added in
commit 97acb0259cc9 ("wifi: ath11k: fix group data packet drops
during rekey") to always evaluate false and clear key commands for
pairwise keys are not honored.
Since firmware supports overwriting the new key without explicitly
clearing the previous one, there is no visible impact currently.
However, to restore consistency with the previous behavior and improve
clarity, replace bitwise operations with direct assignments and
comparisons for key flags.

ath12k just like ath11k [1] did not handle skb cleanup during idr
cleanup callback. Both ath12k_mac_vif_txmgmt_idr_remove() and
ath12k_mac_tx_mgmt_pending_free() performed idr cleanup and DMA
unmapping for skb but only ath12k_mac_tx_mgmt_pending_free() freed
skb. As a result, during vdev deletion a memory leak occurs.
Refactor all clean up steps into a new function. New function
ath12k_mac_tx_mgmt_free() creates a centralized area where idr
cleanup, DMA unmapping for skb and freeing skb is performed. Utilize
skb pointer given by idr_remove(), instead of passed as a function
argument because IDR will be protected by locking. This will prevent
concurrent modification of the same IDR.
Now ath12k_mac_tx_mgmt_pending_free() and
ath12k_mac_vif_txmgmt_idr_remove() call ath12k_mac_tx_mgmt_free().

The pm_quirk table was missing the second ID for each platform.

ath10k_wmi_cmd_send takes ownership of the passed buffer (skb) and has the
responsibility to release it in case of error. This patch fixes missing
free in case of early error due to unhandled WMI command ID.

Nodes stored in the validation duplicates hashtable come from an arena
allocator that is cleared at the end of vmw_execbuf_process. All nodes
are expected to be cleared in vmw_validation_drop_ht but this node escaped
because its resource was destroyed prematurely.

Check that the resource which is converted to a surface exists before
trying to use the cursor snooper on it.
vmw_cmd_res_check allows explicit invalid (SVGA3D_INVALID_ID) identifiers
because some svga commands accept SVGA3D_INVALID_ID to mean "no surface",
unfortunately functions that accept the actual surfaces as objects might
(and in case of the cursor snooper, do not) be able to handle null
objects. Make sure that we validate not only the identifier (via the
vmw_cmd_res_check) but also check that the actual resource exists before
trying to do something with it.
Fixes unchecked null-ptr reference in the snooping code.

A timer that expires a vgem fence automatically in 10 seconds is now
released with timer_delete_sync() from fence->ops.release() called on last
dma_fence_put(). In some scenarios, it can run in IRQ context, which is
not safe unless TIMER_IRQSAFE is used. One potentially risky scenario was
demonstrated in Intel DRM CI trybot, BAT run on machine bat-adlp-6, while
working on new IGT subtests syncobj_timeline@stress-* as user space
replacements of some problematic test cases of a dma-fence-chain selftest
[1].

The drm_atomic_get_private_obj_state() function tries to find if a
private_obj had already been allocated and was part of the given
drm_atomic_state. If one is found, it returns the existing state
pointer.
At the point in time where drm_atomic_get_private_obj_state() can be
called (ie, during atomic_check), the existing state is the new state
and we can thus replace the hand-crafted logic by a call to
drm_atomic_get_new_private_obj_state().

The ingenic CRTC atomic_enable() implementation will indirectly call
drm_atomic_get_private_obj_state() through ingenic_drm_get_priv_state().
drm_atomic_get_private_obj_state() will either return the new state for
the object in the global state if it exists, or will allocate a new one
and add it to the global state.
atomic_enable() however isn't allowed to modify the global state. So
what the implementation should use is the
drm_atomic_get_new_private_obj_state() helper to get the new state for
the CRTC, without performing an extra allocation.
We still need to make sure the private state will be part of the global
state by the time atomic_enable runs, so we still need to call
ingenic_drm_get_priv_state() in atomic_check. We can then call
ingenic_drm_get_new_priv_state() in atomic_enable, which is a wrapper
around drm_atomic_get_new_private_obj_state().

The atomic_remove_fb() function uses the deprecated
drm_atomic_get_existing_crtc_state() helper.
Despite its name, this function builds and commit a new
drm_atomic_state, and the call to drm_atomic_get_existing_crtc_state()
is part of the state building, thus happening before the states are
swapped.
As such, the existing state points to the new state, and we can use
drm_atomic_get_new_crtc_state() instead.
