Extract the VRR timing generator enable into intel_vrr_tg_enable(),
as a counterpart to intel_vrr_tg_disable().
Note that the CMRR part is probably broken, but so are other
things in the CMRR implementation, and thus it is currently
disabled.

Currently intel_vrr_disable() writes TRANS_VRR_CTL() with
trans_vrr_ctl(), whereas intel_vrr_transcoder_disable() always
writes just a plain 0. Write trans_vrr_ctl() in both places to
unify the code, allowing for more shared code in the future.
Since the VRR timing generator will be disabled by the
TRANS_VRR_CTL write it doesn't really matter what we write to
the register (other than VRR_CTL_VRR_ENABLE that is).

EMP_AS_SDL_TL replaces the TRANS_VRR_VSYNC for the purposes of
setting the AS SDP transmission line. Move the EMP_AS_SDL_TL into
intel_vrr_set_transcoder_timings() since that's where we write
TRANS_VRR_VSYNC as well.

intel_vrr_compute_vrr_timings()
The way intel_vrr_compute_*_timings() works is rather confusing.
First intel_vrr_compute_config() assigns the computed vmin/vmax
into crtc_state->vrr.{vmin,vmax}, and then either
intel_vrr_compute_vrr_timings() leaves them untouched or
intel_vrr_compute_{cmrr,fixed_rr}_timings() overwrite them with
something else.
Clean this up by moving all crtc_state->vrr.{vmin,vmax} assignments
into intel_vrr_compute_*_timings().

The "vblank delay" we are including in the crtc state dump is
meaningful only when running with fixed refresh rate timings.
With VRR timings one has to look at the VRR state to figure out
the same thing.
Since we already dump the position of the delayed vblank for
both fixed refresh rate and VRR timings, this "vblank delay"
thing seems pretty much pointless now. Get rid of it.

If SCL is changing we need to take the LRR codepath to update
it during a fastset. Account for that in lrr_params_changed().
The current code will only notice the SCL change if the position
of the delayed vblank also changes. But that might not happen
when using the VRR timing generator because the delayed vblank
is then defined by the guardband instead of the SCL.

On TGL the hardware always needs TRANS_VBLANK.VBLANK_START
to be programemd with VACTIVE+SCL. Make it so.
The current way of programming it with crtc_vblank_start only
works for the legacy timing generator, as there the delayed
vblank does happen exactly at VACTIVE+SCL.
But if one tries to change intel_vrr_always_use_vrr_tg() to
always use the VRR timing generator on TGL, crtc_vblank_start
will point to the VRR timing generator's delayed vblank,
which may not match VACTIVE+SCL.
Fortunately the state checker caught the issue right away
when I tried intel_vrr_always_use_vrr_tg()==true on TGL.

Current unwinding code on error paths of ice_devlink_reinit_up() and
ice_probe() have manual call to ice_deinit_hw() (which is good, as there
is also manual call to ice_hw_init() there), which is then duplicated
(and was prior current series) in ice_deinit_dev().
Fix the above by removing ice_deinit_hw() from ice_deinit_dev().
Add a (now missing) call in ice_remove().

ice_deinit_dev() takes care of turning off adminq processing, which is
much needed during driver teardown (remove, reset, error path). Move it
to the very end where applicable.
For example, ice_deinit_hw() called after adminq deinit slows rmmod on
my two-card setup by about 60 seconds.
ice_init_dev() and ice_deinit_dev() scopes were reduced by previous
commits of the series, with a final touch of extracting ice_init_dev_hw()
out now (there is no deinit counterpart).
Note that removed ice_service_task_stop() call from ice_remove() is placed
in the ice_deinit_dev() (and stopping twice makes no sense).

Move udp_tunnel_nic setup and ice_req_irq_msix_misc() call into
ice_init_pf(), remove some redundancy in the former while moving.
Move ice_free_irq_msix_misc() call into ice_deinit_pf(), to mimic
the above in terms of needed cleanup. Guard it via emptiness check,
to keep the allowance of half-initialized pf being cleaned up.

Add a driver for Arm Ethos-U65/U85 NPUs. The Ethos-U NPU has a
relatively simple interface with single command stream to describe
buffers, operation settings, and network operations. It supports up to 8
memory regions (though no h/w bounds on a region). The Ethos NPUs
are designed to use an SRAM for scratch memory. Region 2 is reserved
for SRAM (like the downstream driver stack and compiler). Userspace
doesn't need access to the SRAM.
The h/w has no MMU nor external IOMMU and is a DMA engine which can
read and write anywhere in memory without h/w bounds checks. The user
submitted command streams must be validated against the bounds of the
GEM BOs. This is similar to the VC4 design which validates shaders.
The job submit is based on the rocket driver for the Rockchip NPU
utilizing the GPU scheduler. It is simpler as there's only 1 core rather
than 3.
Tested on i.MX93 platform (U65) and FVP (U85) with Mesa Teflon
support.

In aie2_get_hwctx_status() and aie2_query_ctx_status_array(), the
functions could return an uninitialized value in some cases. Update them
to always return 0. The amount of valid results is indicated by the
returned buffer_size, element_size, and num_element fields.

When the driver issues the SYNC_DEBUG_BO command, it currently returns 0
even if the firmware fails to execute the command. Update the driver to
return -EINVAL in this case to properly indicate the failure.

Optimize the PLIC driver by maintaining the interrupt enable state in the
handler's enable_save array during normal operation rather than only during
suspend/resume. This eliminates the need to read enable registers during
suspend and makes the enable state immediately available for other
purposes.
Let __plic_toggle() update both the hardware registers and the cached
enable_save state atomically within the existing enable_lock protection.
That allows to remove the suspend-time enable register reading since
handler::enable_save now always reflects the current state.

gud_probe() is currently very large and does many things, including
pipeline setup and feature detection, as well as having USB functions.
This patch re-orders the code in gud_probe() to make it more organised
and easier to split apart in the future.

Move ice_init_interrupt_scheme() prior ice_init_pf().
To enable the move ice_set_pf_caps() was moved out from ice_init_pf()
to the caller (ice_init_dev()), and placed prior to the irq scheme init.
The move makes deinit order of ice_deinit_dev() and failure-path of
ice_init_pf() match (at least in terms of not calling
ice_clear_interrupt_scheme() and ice_deinit_pf() in opposite ways).
The new order aligns with findings made by Jakub Buchocki in
the commit 24b454bc354a ("ice: Fix ice module unload").

Instead of making assumptions in comments move them into code.
Be also more precise, RTNL must be locked only when there is
NAPI, and we have VSIs w/o NAPI that call ice_vsi_clear_napi_queues()
during rmmod.

PM runtime support is safe and applicable across all i.MX platforms, not
just those using the SCU API. Remove the conditional check and enable PM
runtime unconditionally to simplify the code and ensure consistent power
management behavior.

Refactor the detach logic to support platform-specific implementations via
the dcfg->ops->detach callback. Allow finer control over detach behavior
depending on the remote processor management method, and make it easier
to add detach support for new SoCs.
The previous hardcoded SCU API detach logic is now moved into a dedicated
imx_rproc_scu_api_detach() function, and registered via the plat ops
structure. The generic imx_rproc_detach() now delegates to the
platform-specific handler if available.
Also, the dcfg->method check with IMX_RPROC_SCU_API is removed.
No functional changes.

Simplify the clock enable logic by removing the dedicated
imx_rproc_clk_enable() function and integrate the clock handling directly
into the probe function to simplify the code.
Add a new IMX_RPROC_NEED_CLKS flag in dcfg to indicate whether clock
management is required for a given SoC. Update probe logic to conditionally
enable clocks based on the new flag.
Set the flag for applicable SoCs (e.g., i.MX7D, i.MX8MQ, i.MX93, etc.).
No functional changes.

Add a lockdep assertion to verify that ab->base_lock is held prior to
allocating a REO update element in ath12k_dp_prepare_reo_update_elem().
This helps detect potential concurrency issues during development and
improves code robustness.
Compiled tested only.

Hardware target implements an address space larger than that PCI BAR can
map. In order to be able to access the whole target address space, the
BAR space is split into 4 segments, of which the last 3, called windows,
can be dynamically mapped to the desired area. This is achieved by
updating WINDOW_REG_ADDRESS register with appropriate window value.
Currently each time when accessing a register that beyond WINDOW_START,
host calculates the window value and caches it after window update,
this way next time when accessing a register falling in the same window,
host knows that the window is already good hence no additional update
needed.
However this mechanism breaks after global reset is triggered in
ath12k_pci_soc_global_reset(), because with global reset hardware resets
WINDOW_REG_ADDRESS register hence the window is not properly mapped any
more. Current host does nothing about this, as a result a subsequent
register access may not work as expected if it falls in a window same as
before.
Although there is no obvious issue seen now, better to fix it to avoid
future problem. The fix is done by restoring the window register after
global reset.

Add support for handling BSS color collision events reported by firmware.
There are two scenarios where a BSS color collision may be detected:
1. The AP's MAC detects the collision directly, and firmware reports a
BSS color collision event to the host.
2. A STA associated with the AP detects the collision. The notification
frame from the peer is routed directly to the AP firmware, which handles
it and sends the BSS color collision event to the host.
Add logic to parse and handle such events, and pass the data
up to mac80211.
Unlike CSA, firmware does not provide an offload mechanism for BSS color
change. Instead, the color change process is triggered via beacon offload
TX completion events sent by firmware.
BSS color feature is enabled depending on service flag advertised by
firmware, based on which color change functionality is invoked.
This change builds upon the following ath11k patch.

A different structure is stored in drvdata for the drivers which used
that duplicate function, but h4_recv_buf() assumes drvdata is always an
hci_uart structure.
Consequently, alignment and padding are now randomly corrupted for
btmtkuart, btnxpuart, and bpa10x in h4_recv_buf(), causing erratic
breakage.
Fix this by making the hci_uart structure the explicit argument to
h4_recv_buf(). Every caller already has a reference to hci_uart, and
already obtains the hci_hdev reference through it, so this actually
eliminates a redundant pointer indirection for all existing callers.

In the current btintel_pcie driver implementation, when an interrupt is
received, the driver checks for the alive cause before the TX/RX cause.
Handling the alive cause involves resetting the TX/RX queue indices.
This flow works correctly when the causes are mutually exclusive.
However, if both cause bits are set simultaneously, the alive cause
resets the queue indices, resulting in an event packet drop and a
command timeout. To fix this issue, the driver is modified to handle all
other causes before checking for the alive cause.

This patch adds logic to handle power management control when the
Bluetooth function is closed during the SDIO reset sequence.
Specifically, if BT is closed before reset, the driver enables the
SDIO function and sets driver pmctrl. After reset, if BT remains
closed, the driver sets firmware pmctrl and disables the SDIO function.
These changes ensure proper power management and device state consistency
across the reset flow.

UCSI v2 specification has increased the MSG_IN and MSG_OUT size from
16 bytes to 256 bytes each for the message exchange between OPM and PPM
This makes the total buffer size increase from 48 bytes to 528 bytes.
Update the buffer size to support this increase.
