The ETF qdiscs drops traffic without a socket or txtime. Even with
parameter skip_sock_check regular traffic is affected by ETF.

This test ran fine when run manually in a pure software environment.
But with drv-net across two hosts tests fail as early as when calling
cfg.remote.deploy due to effectively losing connectivity.

Isolate the intended test traffic:
- mark that with SO_MARK 100
- install a regular permissive root prio qdisc for background traffic
- install the ETF qdisc as leaf
- install a filter that only directs SO_MARK 100 traffic to this leaf

Technically other high prio traffic will map onto this leaf based on
ToS band mapping too. But that is immaterial in practice.

<title>selftests: drv-net: Test queue stall upon reconfig</title>

Add a reconfig_tx_stall test that detects the possibility of a TX stall
after ring reconfiguration. The key observation is that drivers using
netif_tx_start_all_queues() are prone to experiencing a stall when
reconfiguration completes compared to drivers using
netif_tx_wake_all_queues(). start_all_queues only clears DRV_XOFF, while
wake_all_queues also calls __netif_schedule() to kick the qdisc. Without
the kick, qdisc backlog present at reconfig time can stay stuck until a
new trigger is issued.

The test caps the TX ring at 64 entries so it fills quickly, then
installs FQ on a target TX queue and sends UDP packets with SO_TXTIME
scheduled in the future. With napi_defer_hard_irqs slowing completions,
the small ring can fill when FQ releases the burst, leaving requeued
qdisc backlog with no FQ timer to rescue it. A subsequent ring reconfig
must wake the queues to drain the backlog. Simply starting the queues can
leave it stuck.

Some drivers lack backpressure on the TX path and may not be able to
build up the qdisc backlog the test relies on. In that case report an
expected failure (xfail) instead of a hard failure.

Testing on some of the existing drivers: Driver-A does not have the bug,
Driver-B has the bug, Driver-C had the bug but it is fixed now.

Driver-A:

This psp.py selftest was failing on my side when only using the
drivers/net config file on top of the default one -- the recommended way
to execute selftest targets.

It looks like some kernel config are needed to execute the new tc
commands.

Note that this was not visible on NIPA, because these tests are executed
with the drivers/net/hw ones, combining the two config files, and the hw
one contains the missing ones.

<title>selftests/net: psp: support PSP in NetDrvContEnv infrastructure</title>

Add infrastructure to support PSP tests across network namespaces
using NetDrvContEnv with netkit pairs. This enables testing PSP device
association, where a non-PSP-capable device (e.g. netkit) in a guest
namespace is associated with a real PSP device in the host namespace,
allowing the guest to perform PSP encryption/decryption through the
host's PSP hardware.

The topology is:
  Host NS: psp_dev_local &lt;---&gt; nk_host
                | |
                | | (netkit pair)
                | |
Remote NS: psp_dev_peer Guest NS: nk_guest
             (responder) (PSP tests)

env.py:
- nk_guest_ifindex is queried after moving the device into the guest
namespace, so tests can use it directly for dev-assoc

psp.py:
- PSP device lookup supports container environments where the PSP
device is on the physical interface, not the test interface
- Association helpers handle dev-assoc/dev-disassoc with defer-based
cleanup to prevent state leaks on test assertion failures
- main() tries NetDrvContEnv with primary_rx_redirect and falls back
to NetDrvEpEnv, so existing tests continue to work without the
  container environment

Add PPPoE test-cases to the GRO selftest. Only run a subset of
common_tests to avoid changing the hardcoded L3 offsets everywhere.
Add a new "pppoe_sid" test case to verify that packets with different
PPPoE session IDs are correctly identified as separate flows and not
coalesced.

In preparation for extending to pacing hardware offload, convert the
so_txtime.sh test to a drv-net test that can be run against netdevsim
and real hardware.

Also update so_txtime.c to not exit on first failure, but run to
completion and report exit code there. This helps with debugging
unexpected results, especially when processing multiple packets,
as happens in the "reverse_order" testcase.

v6 -&gt; v7

- update test to use new argument expect_fail
- v6 received Reviewed-by, but dropped due to above (minor) change

v5 -&gt; v6

- fix order in tools/testing/selftests/drivers/net/config

v4 -&gt; v5

- move qdisc setup/restore into each test
- add tc to utils.py (separate patch)
- test expected failure (separate patch)
- fix pylint
- convert fail to pass for timing errors if KSFT_MACHINE_SLOW
(cmd does not special case KSFT_SKIP process returncode yet)

Responses to sashiko review

- The test converts per packet failure to errors, to continue
testing other packets, but other error() cases are not in scope.
- The test starts sender and receiver at an absolute future time,
like the original test. This assumes ~msec scale sync'ed clocks.
- The tc qdisc replace command works fine with noqueue. Tested
  manually.

v3 -&gt; v4

- restore original qdisc after test
- drop unnecessary underscore in tap test names

Add VLAN filter propagation tests through offloaded MACsec devices via
actual traffic.

The tests create MACsec tunnels with matching SAs on both endpoints,
stack VLANs on top, and verify connectivity with ping. Covered:
- Offloaded MACsec with VLAN (filters propagate to HW)
- Software MACsec with VLAN (no HW filter propagation)
- Offload on/off toggle and verifying traffic still works

On netdevsim this makes use of the VLAN filter debugfs file to actually
validate that filters are applied/removed correctly.
On real hardware the traffic should validate actual VLAN filter
propagation.

On real hardware the traffic should validate actual VLAN filter
propagation.

<title>selftests: Migrate nsim-only MACsec tests to Python</title>

Move MACsec offload API and ethtool feature tests from
tools/testing/selftests/drivers/net/netdevsim/macsec-offload.sh to
tools/testing/selftests/drivers/net/macsec.py using the NetDrvEnv
framework so tests can run against both netdevsim (default) and real
hardware (NETIF=ethX). As some real hardware requires MACsec to use
encryption, add that to the tests.

Netdevsim-specific limit checks (max SecY, max RX SC) were moved into
separate test cases to avoid failures on real hardware.

Sort config files for networking selftests. This should help us
avoid merge conflicts between net and net-next. patchwork check
will be added to prevent new issues.
