<title>perf unwind-libunwind: Make libunwind register reading cross platform</title>

Move the libunwind register to perf register mapping functions in
arch/../util/unwind-libunwind.c into a new libunwind-arch
directory. Rename the functions to
__get_perf_regnum_for_unw_regnum_&lt;arch&gt;. Add untested ppc32 and s390
functions. Add a get_perf_regnum_for_unw_regnum function that takes an
ELF machine as well as a register number and chooses the appropriate
architecture implementation.

Split the x86 and powerpc 32 and 64-bit implementations apart so that
a single libunwind-&lt;arch&gt;.h header is included.

Move the e_machine into the unwind_info struct to make it easier to
pass.

<title>perf util: Make util its own library</title>

Make the util directory into its own library. This is done to avoid
compiling code twice, once for the perf tool and once for the perf
python module. For convenience:
  arch/common.c
  scripts/perl/Perf-Trace-Util/Context.c
  scripts/python/Perf-Trace-Util/Context.c
are made part of this library.

<title>perf annotate mips: Add perf arch instructions annotate handlers</title>

Support the MIPS architecture using the ins_ops association method. With
this patch, perf-annotate can work well on MIPS.

Testing it with a perf.data file collected on a mips machine:

<title>perf tools: Add empty Build files for architectures lacking them</title>

perf currently fails to build on MIPS as there is no
tools/perf/arch/mips/Build file.  Adding an empty file fixes this as
there are no MIPS-specific sources to build.

It looks like the same is needed for Alpha and PA-RISC, though I
haven't been able to test those.
