<title>atm: [br2684] Fix oops due to skb-&gt;dev being NULL</title>

It happens that if a packet arrives in a VC between the call to open it on
the hardware and the call to change the backend to br2684, br2684_regvcc
processes the packet and oopses dereferencing skb-&gt;dev because it is
NULL before the call to br2684_push().

This reverts commit 65e4113684e50cee75357ce10dc9026b0929e4e9.

Unlike the other cases Pavel fixed, this case did not
setup a netdev-&gt;destructor of free_netdev, therefore this
change was not correct.

<title>[NET]: Undo code bloat in hot paths due to print_mac().</title>

If print_mac() is used inside of a pr_debug() the compiler
can't see that the call is redundant so still performs it
even of pr_debug() ends up being a nop.

So don't use print_mac() in such cases in hot code paths,
use MAC_FMT et al. instead.

As noted by Joe Perches, pr_debug() could be modified to
handle this better, but that is a change to an interface
used by the entire kernel and thus needs to be validated
carefully. This here is thus the less risky fix for
2.6.25

Introduce per-sock inlines: sock_net(), sock_net_set()
and per-inet_timewait_sock inlines: twsk_net(), twsk_net_set().
Without CONFIG_NET_NS, no namespace other than &amp;init_net exists.
Let's explicitly define them to help compiler optimizations.
