Pull dma-mapping updates from Marek Szyprowski:

- swiotlb:
     - new configuration option for the default pool size
       (Jagadeesh Pagadala)
     - reduce overhead for high watermark tracking (chenhuguanshen)

- minor code cleanups and improvements (Vova Sharaienko, Honglei Huang

- add proper tracking of the shared DMA state through direct, pool and
   swiotlb paths (Aneesh Kumar K.V)

   This is important for confidential-computing

Pull SCSI updates from James Bottomley:
"One new driver: leapraid (similar to mpi3mr but OK'd by Broadcom). The
  usual suspects for driver updates (ufs, qla2xxx, smartpqi, zfcp, fnic,
  ibmvfc) plus a few small core updates: a fix for an uninitialized sg
  list pad bytes plus the removal of the dma mask check for max sectors.

  The big update in the sd driver is mostly code refactoring for obscure

Be consistent in using vma_start_pgoff() and vma_end_pgoff(), which clearly
indicates which part of the VMA the page offset refers to and aids
greppability.

This is part of a broader series laying the ground to provide a virtual
page offset for MAP_PRIVATE-file backed anon folios.

No functional change intended.

Fold encrypted/decrypted pgprot selection into dma_pgprot() so callers
do not need to adjust the page protection separately.

Update dma_pgprot() to apply pgprot_decrypted() when DMA_ATTR_CC_SHARED or
__DMA_ATTR_ALLOC_CC_SHARED is set and pgprot_encrypted() otherwise Convert
the dma-direct mmap paths to pass DMA_ATTR_CC_SHARED instead of open-coding
force_dma_unencrypted() handling around dma_pgprot().

Propagate force_dma_unencrypted() into __DMA_ATTR_ALLOC_CC_SHARED in the
dma-direct allocation path and use the attribute to drive the related
decisions.

This updates dma_direct_alloc(), dma_direct_free(), and
dma_direct_alloc_pages() to fold the forced unencrypted case into attrs.

dma_map_resource() uses pfn_valid() to ensure the range is not RAM.
However, pfn_valid() only checks for availability of the memory map for
a PFN but it does not ensure that the PFN is actually backed by RAM. On
ARM64 with SPARSEMEM (128MB section granularity), MMIO addresses that
share a section with RAM will falsely trigger the WARN_ON_ONCE and cause
dma_map_resource() to return DMA_MAPPING_ERROR.

This causes a WARNING on Raspberry Pi 4 during spi_bcm2835 probe because
the SPI FIFO register (0xfe204004) falls in the same sparsemem section
as the end of RAM (0xf8000000-0xfbffffff), both in section 31
(0xf8000000-0xffffffff).

Move the sanity check from dma_map_resource() into debug_dma_map_phys()
and replace the unreliable pfn_valid() with pfn_valid() &&
!PageReserved(), which correctly identifies actual usable RAM without
false positives for MMIO regions that happen to have struct pages.

Since dma_map_resource() is dma_map_phys(DMA_ATTR_MMIO), the check
applies equally to both APIs. Any non-reserved page represents kernel
memory to a sufficient degree that using DMA_ATTR_MMIO on it is almost
certainly wrong and risks breaking coherency on non-coherent platforms.
ZONE_DEVICE pages used for PCI P2P DMA (MEMORY_DEVICE_PCI_P2PDMA) have
PageReserved set, so they will not trigger a false positive.

The check no longer blocks the mapping and uses err_printk() to
integrate with dma-debug filtering.

There are multiple unmapping flows which didn't provide DMA attributes,
which limited DMA debug code to compare the mapping and unmapping
attributes. Let's fix it.
