Unlike other models, max17055 doesn't require cell characterization data
and operates on a smaller set of input variables (`DesignCap`, `VEmpty`,
`IChgTerm`, and `ModelCfg`). Those values can be filled in through
`max17042_override_por_values()`, but the refresh bit has to be set
afterward in order to make them apply.

No in-tree user still provides `max17042_platform_data` or
`max17042_reg_data`. Move the simple runtime fields into
`struct max17042_chip`, populate them directly from DT or the default
hardware state, and drop the unused public platform-data interface.

While here, write the MAX17047/MAX17050 default `FullSOCThr` value
directly in probe instead of carrying it through an `init_data` table.

Several (register) values reported by the fuel gauge depend on its
internal task period and it needs to be taken into account when
calculating results. All relevant example formulas in the data sheet
assume the default task period (of 5760) and final results need to be
adjusted based on the task period in effect.

Update the code as and where necessary.

<title>power: supply: max17042: initial support for Maxim MAX77759</title>

The Maxim MAX77759 is a companion PMIC intended for use in mobile
phones and tablets. It is used on Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro (oriole and
raven). Amongst others, it contains a fuel gauge that is similar to the
ones supported by this driver.

The fuel gauge can measure battery charge and discharge current,
battery voltage, battery temperature, and the Type C connector's
temperature.

The MAX77759 incorporates the Maxim ModelGauge m5 algorithm. It, as
well as previous generations like m3 on max17047/max17050, requires
the host to save/restore some register values across power cycles to
maintain full accuracy. Extending the driver for such support is out of
scope in this initial commit.
