Add missing struct member, function parameter, and enum value descriptions.
Add missing function Returns: sections.
Use correct function name in kernel-doc to avoid mismatched prototypes.

These repair all kernel-doc warnings in ti-cppi5.h:

Per [1], UDMA TR15 transactions may hang if ICNT0 is less than 64B
Work around is to set EOL flag is to 1 for ICNT0.

Since, there is no performance penalty / side effects of setting EOL
flag event ICNTO &gt; 64B, just set the flag for all UDMAP TR15
descriptors.

<title>dmaengine: ti-cppi5: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array member</title>

There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare having a
dynamically sized set of trailing elements in a structure. Kernel code should
always use “flexible array members”[1] for these cases. The older style of
one-element or zero-length arrays should no longer be used[2].

The K3 DMA architecture uses CPPI5 (Communications Port Programming
Interface) specified descriptors over PSI-L bus within NAVSS.

The header provides helpers, macros to work with these descriptors in a
consistent way.
