Remove the __STRICT_ANSI__ check from the __u64/__s64 declaration on
32bit targets.

GCC can be made to warn about usage of long long types with ISO C90
(-ansi), but only with -pedantic. You can write this in a way that even
then it doesn't cause warnings, namely by:

#ifdef __GNUC__
__extension__ typedef __signed__ long long __s64;
__extension__ typedef unsigned long long __u64;
#endif

The __extension__ keyword in front of this switches off any pedantic
warnings for this expression.

<title>[POWERPC] Use __attribute__ in asm-powerpc</title>

Pretty much everyone uses "__attribute__" or "attribute", no one uses
"__attribute". This tweaks the three places in asm-powerpc where this
comes up. While only asm-powerpc/types.h is interesting (for
userspace), I did asm-powerpc/processor.h as well for consistency.

<title>[PATCH] Centralise definitions of sector_t and blkcnt_t</title>

CONFIG_LBD and CONFIG_LSF are spread into asm/types.h for no particularly
good reason.

Centralising the definition in linux/types.h means that arch maintainers
don't need to bother adding it, as well as fixing the problem with
x86-64 users being asked to make a decision that has absolutely no
effect.

The H8/300 porters seem particularly confused since I'm not aware of any
microcontrollers that need to support 2TB filesystems.

<title>[PATCH] 2TB files: add blkcnt_t</title>

Add blkcnt_t as the type of inode.i_blocks. This enables you to make the size
of blkcnt_t either 4 bytes or 8 bytes on 32 bits architecture with CONFIG_LSF.

- CONFIG_LSF
  Add new configuration parameter.
- blkcnt_t
  On h8300, i386, mips, powerpc, s390 and sh that define sector_t,
  blkcnt_t is defined as u64 if CONFIG_LSF is enabled; otherwise it is
  defined as unsigned long.
  On other architectures, it is defined as unsigned long.
- inode.i_blocks
  Change the type from sector_t to blkcnt_t.

There has been a need expressed for dma_addr_t to be 64 bits on PPC64.
This patch does that.

Powerpc: Fix types.h

I noticed that Paul had already pulled the version of types.h that
is missing the config.h include into the merge tree - this patch adds
it back in.

This patch merges types.h into include/asm-powerpc. The only real change is
the removal of the include of linux/config.h from the 32-bit version - it
doesn't appear to be necessary.

This patch has been built on several different 32 and 64-bit platforms,
and booted on mpc8540_ads.
