mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm
git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm

Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places
where  was being used explicitly.  Of the latter only
one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.

powerpc: Make core id information available to userspace

Existing Open Firmware practice is to report each processor core as a
separate node in the device tree.  Report the value of the "reg" OF
property corresponding to a logical CPU's device node as the core_id
attribute in /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/topology/core_id.

powerpc: Make core sibling information available to userspace

Implement the notion of "core siblings" for powerpc.  This makes
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/topology/core_siblings present sensible
values, indicating online CPUs which share an L2 cache.

BenH: Made cpu_to_l2cache() use of_find_node_by_phandle() instead
of IBM-specific open coded search

powerpc: convert to generic helpers for IPI function calls

This converts ppc to use the new helpers for smp_call_function() and
friends, and adds support for smp_call_function_single().

ppc loses the timeout functionality of smp_call_function_mask() with
this change, as the generic code does not provide that.

Convert cpu_sibling_map to be a per cpu variable

Convert cpu_sibling_map from a static array sized by NR_CPUS to a per_cpu
variable.  This saves sizeof(cpumask_t) * NR unused cpus.  Access is mostly
from startup and CPU HOTPLUG functions.

[POWERPC] ppc64: support CONFIG_DEBUG_PREEMPT

Add CONFIG_DEBUG_PREEMPT support to ppc64: it was useful for testing
get_paca() preemption.  Cheat a little, just use debug_smp_processor_id()
in the debug version of get_paca(): it contains all the right checks and
reporting, though get_paca() doesn't really use smp_processor_id().

Use local_paca for what might have been called __raw_get_paca().
Silence harmless warnings from io.h and lparcfg.c with local_paca -
it is okay for iseries_lparcfg_data to be referencing shared_proc
with preemption enabled: all cpus should show the same value for
shared_proc.

Why do other architectures need TRACE_IRQFLAGS_SUPPORT for DEBUG_PREEMPT?
I don't know, ppc64 appears to get along fine without it.

Remove hardcoding of hard_smp_processor_id on UP systems

With the advent of kdump, the assumption that the boot CPU when booting an UP
kernel is always the CPU with a particular hardware ID (often 0) (usually
referred to as BSP on some architectures) is not valid anymore.  The reason
being that the dump capture kernel boots on the crashed CPU (the CPU that
invoked crash_kexec), which may be or may not be that particular CPU.

Move definition of hard_smp_processor_id for the UP case to
architecture-specific code ("asm/smp.h") where it belongs, so that each
architecture can provide its own implementation.
