ntfs: change mft_no type to u64

Changes the type of ntfs_inode::mft_no from unsigned long to u64
to safely handle the full 48-bit range without truncation risk, especially
in preparation for broader VFS inode number type (i_ino:u64) and to
improve consistency with ntfs driver practices.

Revert "fs: Remove NTFS classic"

This reverts commit 7ffa8f3d30236e0ab897c30bdb01224ff1fe1c89.

Reverts the removal of the classic read-only ntfs driver to
serve as the base for a new read-write ntfs implementation.
If we stack changes on top of the revert patch, It will significantly
reduce the diff size, making the review easier.

This revert intentionally excludes the restoration of Kconfig and
Makefile. The Kconfig and Makefile will be added back in the final patch
of this series, enabling the driver only after all features and
improvements have been applied.

fs: Remove NTFS classic

The replacement, NTFS3, was merged over two years ago.  It is now time to
remove the original from the tree as it is the last user of several APIs,
and it is not worth changing.

ntfs: remove redundant initialization to pointer cb_sb_start

The pointer cb_sb_start is being initialized with a value that is never
read, it is being re-assigned the same value later on when it is first
being used. The initialization is redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang scan build warning:

fs/buffer: Combine two submit_bh() and ll_rw_block() arguments

Both submit_bh() and ll_rw_block() accept a request operation type and
request flags as their first two arguments. Micro-optimize these two
functions by combining these first two arguments into a single argument.
This patch does not change the behavior of any of the modified code.

fs: Convert block_read_full_page() to block_read_full_folio()

This function is NOT converted to handle large folios, so include
an assert that the filesystem isn't passing one in.  Otherwise, use
the folio functions instead of the page functions, where they exist.
Convert all filesystems which use block_read_full_page().

ntfs: decompress: remove VLA usage

In the quest to remove all stack VLA usage from the kernel[1], this
moves the stack buffer used during decompression to be allocated
externally.

The existing "dest_max_index" used in the VLA is bounded by cb_max_page.
cb_max_page is bounded by max_page, and max_page is bounded by nr_pages.
Since nr_pages is used for the "pages" allocation, it can similarly be
used for the "completed_pages" allocation and passed into the
decompression function.  The error paths are updated to free the new
allocation.
