Pull misc VFS updates from Al Viro:
 "This cycle a lot of stuff sits on topical branches, so I'll be sending
  more or less one pull request per branch.

  This is the first pile; more to follow in a few. In this one are
  several misc commits from early in the cycle (before I went for
  separate branches), plus the rework of mntput/dput ordering on umount,
  switching to use of fs_pin instead of convoluted games in
  namespace_unlock()"

* 'for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/viro/vfs:
  switch the IO-triggering parts of umount to fs_pin
  new fs_pin killing logics
  allow attaching fs_pin to a group not associated with some superblock
  get rid of the second argument of acct_kill()
  take count and rcu_head out of fs_pin
  dcache: let the dentry count go down to zero without taking d_lock
  pull bumping refcount into -&gt;kill()
  kill pin_put()
  mode_t whack-a-mole: chelsio
  file-&gt;f_path.dentry is pinned down for as long as the file is open...
  get rid of lustre_dump_dentry()
  gut proc_register() a bit
  kill d_validate()
  ncpfs: get rid of d_validate() nonsense
  selinuxfs: don't open-code d_genocide()

What we want is to have non-counting references to children in
pagecache of parent directory, and avoid picking them after a child
has been freed. Fine, so let's just have -&gt;d_prune() clear
parent's inode "has directory contents in page cache" flag.
That way we don't need -&gt;d_fsdata for storing offsets, so we can
use it as a quick and dirty "is it referenced from page cache"
flag.

Now that we never use the backing_dev_info pointer in struct address_space
we can simply remove it and save 4 to 8 bytes in every inode.

<title>fs: introduce f_op-&gt;mmap_capabilities for nommu mmap support</title>

Since "BDI: Provide backing device capability information [try #3]" the
backing_dev_info structure also provides flags for the kind of mmap
operation available in a nommu environment, which is entirely unrelated
to it's original purpose.

Introduce a new nommu-only file operation to provide this information to
the nommu mmap code instead. Splitting this from the backing_dev_info
structure allows to remove lots of backing_dev_info instance that aren't
otherwise needed, and entirely gets rid of the concept of providing a
backing_dev_info for a character device. It also removes the need for
the mtd_inodefs filesystem.

If some error happens in NCP_IOC_SETROOT ioctl, the appropriate error
return value is then (in most cases) just overwritten before we return.
This can result in reporting success to userspace although error happened.

This bug was introduced by commit 2e54eb96e2c8 ("BKL: Remove BKL from
ncpfs").  Propagate the errors correctly.
