bcachefs was marked 'externally maintained' in 6.17 but the code
remained to make the transition smoother.

It's now a DKMS module, making the in-kernel code stale, so remove
it to avoid any version confusion.

Add a version of bch2_kthread_io_clock_wait() that only schedules once -
behaving more like schedule_timeout().

This will be used for fixing rebalance wakeups.

printbufs know how big the buffer is that was allocated, so we can get
rid of the random PAGE_SIZEs all over the place.
