sisfb incorrectly sets the length of the color fields to 6 bits
for PSEUDOCOLOR modes, even though 8 bits are always used per pixel.
Fix this by setting the length to 8.

pci_get_class implicitly does a pci_dev_put on its second argument, so
pci_dev_put is only needed if there is a break out of the loop.

The semantic match detecting this problem is as follows:

// <smpl>
@@
expression dev;
expression E;
@@

* pci_dev_put(dev)
 ... when != dev = E

This patch fixes the possible usage of a negative value as an array
index spotted by the Coverity checker.

sisfb_validate_mode() could return a negative error code and we must check for
that prior to using its return value as an array index.
