<title>drivers/video/exynos/exynos_mipi_dsi.c: convert to devm_ioremap_resource()</title>

Use the newly introduced devm_ioremap_resource() instead of
devm_request_and_ioremap() which provides more consistent error
handling.

devm_ioremap_resource() provides its own error messages; so all explicit
error messages can be removed from the failure code paths.

In multiplatform configurations, we cannot include headers
provided by only the exynos platform. Fortunately a number
of drivers that include those headers do not actually need
them, so we can just remove the inclusions.

of_find_node_by_name() returns a node pointer with refcount incremented,
use of_node_put() on it when done.

of_find_node_by_name() will call of_node_put() against the node pass to
from parameter, thus we also need to call of_node_get(from) before calling
of_find_node_by_name().
