Do not try to queue a drd work for change mode if the port is not a drd,
this is to avoid below kernel dump:

<title>usb: dwc3: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones</title>

<id>10623b879da3932be313ba142d56b9f3d1216e96</id>

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

<title>USB: ch9: add "USB_" prefix in front of TEST defines</title>

For some reason, the TEST_ defines in the usb/ch9.h files did not have
the USB_ prefix on it, making it a bit confusing when reading the file,
as well as not the nicest thing to do in a uapi file.

So fix that up and add the USB_ prefix on to them, and fix up all
in-kernel usages. This included deleting the duplicate copy in the
net2272.h file.

DWC_usb32 supports MDWIDTH value larger than 255 and up to 1023. The
field HWPARAMS6[9:8] stores the upper 2-bit values of the DWC_usb32's
MDWIDTH. Check that parameter and properly get the MDWIDTH for
DWC_usb32.

Current implementation only prints/sets the link state for peripheral
mode only. Check and prevent printing bogus link state if the current
mode of operation is not peripheral.

Highspeed device and below has different state names than superspeed and
higher. Add proper checks and printouts of link states for highspeed and
below.

To dump internal LSP and endpoint state debug registers, we must write
to GDBGLSPMUX register. This patch correctly dump LSP and endpoint
states from the debug registers.

If the controller is in device mode, all LSP and endpoint state
registers will be dumped via the debugfs attribute "lsp_dump". In host
mode, the user has to write the LSP number to "lsp_dump" to dump a
specific LSP selection.

TxFIFO and RxFIFO from GDBGFIFOSPACE are fifo depths in MDWIDTH. Convert
them into bytes for easier read.
