MODULE_SUPPORTED_DEVICE was added in pre-git era and never was
implemented. We can safely remove it, because the kernel has grown
to have many more reliable mechanisms to determine if device is
supported or not.

<title>tty: serial: Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones</title>

<id>d4c2b4e730e8bdfe818b222e018fe891a1db52ee</id>

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

<title>tty: serial: Use the correct style for SPDX License Identifier</title>

This patch corrects the SPDX License Identifier style in
header files related to tty serial drivers.
For C header files Documentation/process/license-rules.rst
mandates C-like comments (opposed to C source files where
C++ style should be used).

Changes made by using a script provided by Joe Perches here:
https://lkml.org/lkml/2019/2/7/46.

There were a few Kconfig and Makefiles under drivers/tty/ that were
missing a SPDX identifier. Fix that up so that automated tools can
properly classify all kernel source files.

All calls to neo_copy_data_from_uart_to_queue() are safeguarded
against NULL dereference of its parameter, except the one that
this patch changes.

That said, let's play safe and check for NULL in this case too.
