The v4l2 ioctl framework can implement vidioc_g/s_ctrl with
vidioc_g/s_ext_ctrl() and we provide those.

These are the last references of vidioc_s/g_ctrl in the codebase. We can
attempt to remove them now.

The ioctl framework provides an emulator of queryctrl using
query_ext_ctrl.
Replace our implementation of queryctrl to support both.

Now that we are at it:
- Add comment about missing functionality.
- Remove superfluous clear of reserved[0].
- Remove ret var.

This CPU was mistakenly given the name INTEL_ATOM_AIRMONT_MID. But it
uses a Silvermont core, not Airmont.

Change #define name to INTEL_ATOM_SILVERMONT_MID2

<title>mm: alloc_pages_bulk: rename API</title>

The previous commit removed the page_list argument from
alloc_pages_bulk_noprof() along with the alloc_pages_bulk_list() function.

Now that only the *_array() flavour of the API remains, we can do the
following renaming (along with the _noprof() ones):

  alloc_pages_bulk_array -&gt; alloc_pages_bulk
  alloc_pages_bulk_array_mempolicy -&gt; alloc_pages_bulk_mempolicy
  alloc_pages_bulk_array_node -&gt; alloc_pages_bulk_node

<title>media: atomisp: Add check for rgby_data memory allocation failure</title>

In ia_css_3a_statistics_allocate(), there is no check on the allocation
result of the rgby_data memory. If rgby_data is not successfully
allocated, it may trigger the assert(host_stats-&gt;rgby_data) assertion in
ia_css_s3a_hmem_decode(). Adding a check to fix this potential issue.

The check to see if err is non-zero is always false because err has
been previously checked on whenever err has been assigned in previous
code paths. The check is redundant and can be removed.
