We moved this into uart_state, now move the fields out of the separate
structure and kill it off.

If there are more then one 4/8-port board jsm_uart_port_init
allocate a line numbers of the second and further boards
from range of previous one.

This patch fixed the problem.

This patch removes bd_lock spinlock (inside jsm_board structure).
The lock is initialized in the probe function and not used anymore.

As it was, the retval was never returned, so its assignments were silly.
Just consolidate everything to rc, and remove the unused retval variable.
