This value shall be used for whole mhi if it's given a value for a specific product. But in function mhi_net_rx_refill_work(), it's still using hard code value MHI_DEFAULT_MRU. 'mru_default' shall have higher priority than MHI_DEFAULT_MRU. And after checking, this change could help fix a data connection lost issue. ipc_pcie_suspend_s2idle() is implemented to put device to D3L1.2.

This patch forces PCI core know this device should stay at D0.
- pci_save_state()is expensive since it does a lot of slow PCI
config reads.

The reported issue is not observed on x86 platform. The supurios
wake on AMD platform needs to be futher debugged with orignal patch

This prevent those laptops to stay in s2idle state.
