In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

Netdev_priv is an accessor function, and has no purpose if its result is
not used.

A simplified version of the semantic match that fixes this problem is as
