After m68k's task_thread_info() doesn't refer to current,
it's possible to remove sched.h from interrupt.h and not break m68k!
Many thanks to Heiko Carstens for allowing this.

<title>net: convert remaining non-symbolic return values in ndo_start_xmit() functions</title>

This patch converts the remaining occurences of raw return values to their
symbolic counterparts in ndo_start_xmit() functions that were missed by the
previous automatic conversion.

Additionally code that assumed the symbolic value of NETDEV_TX_OK to be zero
is changed to explicitly use NETDEV_TX_OK.

The generic packet receive code takes care of setting
netdev-&gt;last_rx when necessary, for the sake of the
bonding ARP monitor.

Drivers need not do it any more.

Some cases had to be skipped over because the drivers
were making use of the -&gt;last_rx value themselves.

There is no point in using separate net_device_stats structs when
the one in struct net_device is present. Compiles.
