<title>qmi_wwan: Add support for Quectel EG12/EM12</title>

Quectel EG12 (module)/EM12 (M.2 card) is a Cat. 12 LTE modem. The modem
behaves in the same way as the EP06, so the "set DTR"-quirk must be
applied and the diagnostic-interface check performed. Since the
diagnostic-check now applies to more modems, I have renamed the function
from quectel_ep06_diag_detected() to quectel_diag_detected().

Three conflicts, one of which, for marvell10g.c is non-trivial and
requires some follow-up from Heiner or someone else.

The issue is that Heiner converted the marvell10g driver over to
use the generic c45 code as much as possible.

However, in 'net' a bug fix appeared which makes sure that a new
local mask (MDIO_AN_10GBT_CTRL_ADV_NBT_MASK) with value 0x01e0
is cleared.

RTL8153-BD is used in Dell DA300 type-C dongle.
It should be added to the whitelist of devices to activate MAC address
pass through.

Per confirming with Realtek all devices containing RTL8153-BD should
activate MAC pass through and there won't use pass through bit on efuse
like in RTL8153-AD.

The 1199:68C0 USB ID is reused by Sierra WP7607 which requires the DTR

<title>net: usb: cdc-phonet: use struct_size() in alloc_netdev()</title>

One of the more common cases of allocation size calculations is finding
the size of a structure that has a zero-sized array at the end, along
with memory for some number of elements for that array. For example:

struct foo {
    int stuff;
    void *entry[];
};

instance = alloc(sizeof(struct foo) + count * sizeof(void *));

Instead of leaving these open-coded and prone to type mistakes, we can
now use the new struct_size() helper:

instance = alloc(struct_size(instance, entry, count));

This code was detected with the help of Coccinelle.
