This patch fixes the bug added in commit v3.1-rc7-1055-gf9b491e
SKB can be NULL at this point, at least for cdc-ncm.

The device.h header was including module.h, making it present for
most of these drivers.  But we want to clean that up.  Call out the
include of module.h in the modular network drivers.

"ethtool -e ethX" dumps EEPROM data. Patch sets EEPROM length for device.
Ethtool works alot better when the kernel believes the length is &gt; 0.

Fix phy initialization for AX88772 (USB 2.0 100BT). Failure was
occasionally DHCP wouldn't work after reboot or suspend/resume cycle.

Remove MONITOR_MODE. In this mode, Received packets are not buffered when
the remote wakeup is enabled.
