Fix this sparse warnings:

drivers/net/skfp/skfddi.c:620:13: warning: symbol 'skfp_interrupt' was not declared. Should it be static?
drivers/net/skfp/skfddi.c:687:25: warning: symbol 'skfp_ctl_get_stats' was not declared. Should it be static?

Similar to ethernet. Convert infrastructure and the one lone FDDI
driver (for the one lone user of that hardware??). Compile tested only.

<title>drivers/net: Kill now superfluous -&gt;last_rx stores.</title>

The generic packet receive code takes care of setting
netdev-&gt;last_rx when necessary, for the sake of the
bonding ARP monitor.

Drivers need not do it any more.

Some cases had to be skipped over because the drivers
were making use of the -&gt;last_rx value themselves.

Self-baked macros cause bunch of compile warnings like below:

  CC [M] drivers/net/skfp/pmf.o
  CC net/ipv4/fib_semantics.o
drivers/net/skfp/pmf.c:86: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size
drivers/net/skfp/pmf.c:87: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size
...

Use the standard offsetof() macro instead.
