macsonic, jazzsonic: fix oops on module unload

macsonic: move probe function to .devinit.text

A pointer to mac_sonic_probe is passed to the core via
platform_driver_register and so the function must not disappear when the
.init sections are discarded.  Otherwise (if also having HOTPLUG=y)
unbinding and binding a device to the driver via sysfs will result in an
oops as does a device being registered late.

Various other functions that are called by mac_sonic_probe need to move
to .devinit.text, too.

An alternative to this patch is using platform_driver_probe instead of
platform_driver_register plus removing the pointer to the probe function
from the struct platform_driver.

net: convert print_mac to %pM

This converts pretty much everything to print_mac. There were
a few things that had conflicts which I have just dropped for
now, no harm done.

I've built an allyesconfig with this and looked at the files
that weren't built very carefully, but it's a huge patch.

It's been a useless no-op for long enough in 2.6 so I figured it's time to
remove it.  The number of people that could object because they're
maintaining unified 2.4 and 2.6 drivers is probably rather small.

SONIC interrupt handling

Install the built-in macsonic interrupt handler on both IRQs when using
via_alt_mapping. Otherwise the rare interrupt that still comes from the
nubus slot will wedge the nubus.

Version 1 of this patch had a bug where a nubus sonic card would register

SONIC: small fix and cleanup

Fix a potential problem in the timeout handling: don't free the DMA buffers
before resetting the chip.

Also a trivial cleanup. Bring macsonic and jazzsonic into sync.
