Qualcomm driver updates for v7.3

Add Maili platform bindings for SCM, IMEM, AOSS, and PMIC GLINK. Add
Shikra IMEM, RPM SMD, LLCC, and UBWC support, including handling for
firmware-configured LLCC ECC interrupts.

Add the generic Peripheral Authentication Service with SCM and OP-TEE
backends, and migrate the MSM DRM and IPA drivers to it.

Add SCM SMC-call tracepoints and configurable minidump delivery through
always-on SRAM. Correct SCM download-mode pointer ordering and improve
download-mode probe diagnostics.

Rework the UBWC configuration database and add Milos and Shikra
configuration. Add protection-domain mappings for SA8775P and QCS8300,
support newer ICE versions, Hawi subsystem statistics, and SDM850
identification.

Simplify Qualcomm SoC Kconfig selection and architecture dependencies.
Use managed resources in EBI2 and RPMh RSC probe paths to correct cleanup
on failures.

Switch ipa client driver over to generic PAS TZ APIs. Generic PAS TZ

ipa_smp2p_init() acquires two Qualcomm SMEM state handles with
qcom_smem_state_get(). However, neither the init error paths
nor ipa_smp2p_exit() release them.

Release both handles with qcom_smem_state_put() in the init
error paths and in ipa_smp2p_exit().

Initially 'reg' and 'val' are assigned from HW_PARAM_2.

But since IPA v5.0+ takes EV_PER_EE from HW_PARAM_4 (instead of
NUM_EV_PER_EE from HW_PARAM_2), we not only need to re-assign 'reg' but
also read the register value of that register into 'val' so that
reg_decode() works on the correct value.

<title>net: ipa: fix event ring index not programmed for IPA v5.0+</title>

For IPA v5.0+, the event ring index field moved from CH_C_CNTXT_0 to
CH_C_CNTXT_1. The v5.0 register definition intended to define this
field in the CH_C_CNTXT_1 fmask array but used the old identifier of
ERINDEX instead of CH_ERINDEX.

Without a valid event ring, GSI channels could never signal transfer
completions. This caused gsi_channel_trans_quiesce() to block
forever in wait_for_completion().

At least for IPA v5.2 this resolves an issue seen where runtime
suspend, system suspend, and remoteproc stop all hanged forever. It
also meant the IPA data path was completely non functional.

This caused gsi_channel_trans_quiesce() to block
forever in wait_for_completion().

At least for IPA v5.2 this resolves an issue seen where runtime
suspend, system suspend, and remoteproc stop all hanged forever. It
also meant the IPA data path was completely non functional.

Fix the field masks to match the hardware layout documented in
downstream GSI (GSI_V3_0_EE_n_GSI_EE_GENERIC_CMD_*).

Notably this fixes a WARN I was seeing when I tried to send "stop"
to the MPSS remoteproc while IPA was up.
