Move the HP driver into drivers/net/ethernet/hp/ and
made the necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.

There is no need to check for the address being a multicast address in
the netdev_for_each_mc_addr loop, so remove it. This patch covers all
remaining network drivers still containing such a check.

As soon as skb is given to hardware and spinlock released, TX completion
can free skb under us. Therefore, we should update netdev stats before
spinlock release.

This reverts commit e5cb966c0838e4da43a3b0751bdcac7fe719f7b4.

It causes new build regressions with gcc-4.2 which is
pretty common on non-x86 platforms.
