net: ethernet: support of_get_mac_address new ERR_PTR error

There was NVMEM support added to of_get_mac_address, so it could now
return ERR_PTR encoded error values, so we need to adjust all current
users of of_get_mac_address to this new fact.

While at it, remove superfluous is_valid_ether_addr as the MAC address
returned from of_get_mac_address is always valid and checked by
is_valid_ether_addr anyway.

net: qualcomm: emac: replace dev_kfree_skb_irq by dev_consume_skb_irq for drop profiles

dev_consume_skb_irq() should be called in emac_mac_tx_process() when
skb xmit done. It makes drop profiles(dropwatch, perf) more friendly.

We already need to zero out memory for dma_alloc_coherent(), as such
using dma_zalloc_coherent() is superflous. Phase it out.

Currently dev is dereferenced by the call dev_net(dev) before dev is null
checked.  Fix this by null checking dev before the potential null
pointer dereference.
