drivers: remove the SGI SN2 IOC4 base support

The IOC4 is a multi-function chip seen on SGI SN2 and some SGI MIPS
systems.  This removes the base driver, which while not having an SN2
Kconfig dependency was only for sub-drivers that had one.

drivers: Remove explicit invocations of mmiowb()

mmiowb() is now implied by spin_unlock() on architectures that require
it, so there is no reason to call it from driver code. This patch was
generated using coccinelle:

and invoked as:

NOTE: mmiowb() has only ever guaranteed ordering in conjunction with
spin_unlock(). However, pairing each mmiowb() removal in this patch with
the corresponding call to spin_unlock() is not at all trivial, so there
is a small chance that this change may regress any drivers incorrectly
relying on mmiowb() to order MMIO writes between CPUs using lock-free
synchronisation. If you've ended up bisecting to this commit, you can
reintroduce the mmiowb() calls using wmb() instead, which should restore
the old behaviour on all architectures other than some esoteric ia64
systems.

working with pci_device_id provided by  work with
const pci_device_id. So mark the non-const structs as const.

misc: ioc4: simplify wave period measurement in clock_calibrate

The loop for measuring the square wave periods over some cycles is
refactored to be more easily readable. This includes avoiding a
"by-hand-implemented" for loop with a "real" one and adding some
comments.

Furthermore the following compiler warning is avoided by this patch:

workqueue: deprecate flush[_delayed]_work_sync()

flush[_delayed]_work_sync() are now spurious.  Mark them deprecated
and convert all users to flush[_delayed]_work().

If you're cc'd and wondering what's going on: Now all workqueues are
non-reentrant and the regular flushes guarantee that the work item is
not pending or running on any CPU on return, so there's no reason to
use the sync flushes at all and they're going away.

This patch doesn't make any functional difference.

  The variable ioc4_load_modules_work references
  the function __devinit ioc4_load_modules()
  If the reference is valid then annotate the
  variable with __init* or __refdata (see linux/init.h) or name the variable:
  *driver, *_template, *_timer, *_sht, *_ops, *_probe, *_probe_one, *_console

This one is potentially fatal; by the time ioc4_load_modules is invoked
it may already have been freed.  For that reason ioc4_load_modules_work
can't be turned to __devinitdata but also because it's referenced in
ioc4_exit.
