Four separate mfd drivers are in the "tmio" family, and all of
them were used in now-removed PXA machines (eseries, tosa, and
hx4700), so the mfd drivers and all its children can be removed
as well.

Up to now asic3_gpio_remove() returns zero unconditionally. This makes it
easier to see in the caller that there is no error to handle.

This is a preparation for making platform remove callbacks return void.

The MMC framework requires the ocr_mask to be provided. Without it, the
SD card is not detected, especially on the hx4700 platform.

The asic3 mfd driver currently implements an irq_chip for handling
interrupts; due to how irq_chip handling is done, it's necessary for the
irq_chip methods to be invoked from hardirq context, even on a a
real-time kernel.  Because the spinlock_t type becomes a "sleeping"
spinlock w/ RT kernels, it is not suitable to be used with irq_chips.

A quick audit of the operations under the lock reveal that they do only
minimal, bounded work, and are therefore safe to do under a raw spinlock.
