of_node_put is needed before discarding a value received from
of_find_node_by_name, eg in error handling code or when the device node is
no longer used.

This splits the mmu_context handling between 32-bit hash based processors, 64-bit hash based processors and everybody else. This is preliminary work for adding SMP support for BookE processors.
