Move drm_can_sleep() out of drmP.h to allow users
to get rid of the drmP.h include.

There was no header file that was a good match for this helper function.
So add this to drm_util with the relevant includes.

Add include of drm_util.h to all users.

v2:
- Update comments to use kernel-doc style (Daniel)
- Add FIXME to drm_can_sleep and add note that this
function should not be used in new code (Daniel)

v3:
- Fix kernel-doc syntax (Daniel)
- Plug drm_util.h into drm-internels.rst (Daniel)

Create an omap_drm_pipeline structure to model display pipelines, made
of a CRTC, an encoder, a connector and a DSS display device. This allows
grouping related parameters together instead of storing them in
independent arrays and thus improves code readability.

The DRM device struct_mutex is used to protect against concurrent GEM
object operations that deal with memory allocation and pinning. All
those operations are local to a GEM object and don't need to be
serialized across different GEM objects. Replace the struct_mutex with
a local omap_obj.lock or drop it altogether where not needed.

omap_fbdev_init() and omap_fbdev_free() use priv->fbdev directly.
However, omap_fbdev_init() returns the fbdev, and omap_drv.c also
assigns the return value to priv->fbdev. This is slightly confusing.

Clean this up by removing the omap_fbdev_init() return value, as we
don't care whether fbdev init succeeded or not. Also change omap_drv.c
to call omap_fbdev_free() always, and omap_fbdev_free() does the check
if fbdev was initialized.

While at it, rename omap_fbdev_free() to omap_fbdev_fini() to better
match the "init" counterpart.

If we have no crtcs/connectors, fbdev init goes fine, but
omap_fbdev_create() is never called. This means that omap_fbdev->bo is
