ipu_plane_disable should never be called while the plane IDMAC channel
is active. The busy wait is just a safety net that should never time
out.

The clk_ops structure is only stored in the ops field of a
clk_init_data structure. This field is const, so the clk_ops
structure can be const as well.

Identified and transformed using Coccinelle.

The variable is declared in an #ifdef section, but the user is
now unconditional, which leads to a build failure:

drivers/gpu/drm/imx/imx-drm-core.c: In function 'imx_drm_bind':
drivers/gpu/drm/imx/imx-drm-core.c:264:6: error: 'legacyfb_depth' undeclared (first use in this function); did you mean 'lockdep_depth'?

The CMA helper is already using the drm_fb_helper_generic_probe part of
the generic fbdev emulation. This patch makes full use of the generic
fbdev emulation by using its drm_client callbacks. This means that
drm_mode_config_funcs->output_poll_changed and drm_driver->lastclose are
now handled by the emulation code. Additionally fbdev unregister happens
automatically on drm_dev_unregister().

The drm_fbdev_generic_setup() call is put after drm_dev_register() in the
driver. This is done to highlight the fact that fbdev emulation is an
internal client that makes use of the driver, it is not part of the
driver as such. If fbdev setup fails, an error is printed, but the driver
succeeds probing.

CONFIG_DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION wasn't honoured by the CMA helper, but it is by
drm_fb_helper.

drm/imx: use suspend/resume helpers, add ipu-v3 V4L2 XRGB32/XBGR32 support

- Convert imx_drm_suspend/resume to use the
 drm_mode_config_helper_suspend/ resume functions.

A new helper function(__drm_atomic_helper_plane_reset) has been added
for linking a plane with its state and resetting the core
properties(alpha, rotation, etc.) to their default values.
Use that instead of duplicating the logic.

convert drm_atomic_helper_suspend/resume() to use
drm_mode_config_helper_suspend/resume().

with this conversion, the remaining member of struct
imx_drm_device, state, will be no more useful and it
could be removed forever.

drm/imx: cleanup and csi improvements

- Remove the unused struct imx_drm_crtc and the unused pipes field
 from imx_drm_device and replace drm_dev_unref with drm_dev_put.
- Extend CSI configuration to support RGB888 and BGR888 capture,
 as well as 16-bit RGB565 capture via a parallel bus.
- Add CPMEM support for negative interlace offsets, which is
 necessary to support writing captured bottom-top interlaced
 fields to memory with interleaved lines.
